In the event that a product’s price or certain product specifications have been incorrectly entered into the database or displayed incorrectly, and if delivery has not yet taken place, our company reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the product in question and to inform the customer of the error as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are available for purchased products:

1. Payment by cash on delivery to the courier company upon delivery of the parcel

If you choose this payment method, you agree to pay the cash on delivery fees specified in the terms and conditions chapter.

The cost of cash on delivery will be included in the final price of your order and paid at the same time as the payment for the products.

2. Online payment by bank card

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

The final price paid by the customer consists of the price of the product and the related shipping and/or collection fees.

SC HYPERICUM IMPEX SRL does not charge the customer any additional fees when purchasing the product. For any additional charges, you can contact us immediately at office@hypericum-plant.ro .

Products are shipped within 48 hours (2 working days) after the order has been received and prepared.

The transport conditions apply only to deliveries within the territory of Romania.

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

In accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 relating to consumer rights in the context of contracts concluded with professionals, as well as to the amendment and supplementation of normative acts, „the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she is withdrawing from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the product“.

The notification must be written, signed and sent by you by post to the address: rue Forestierului, no. 65, localite de Tautii de Sus, departe de Maramures, or by email to the address: office@hypericum-plant.ro .

In the situation mentioned above, you must return the purchased product in its original packaging, without any signs of damage or wear, within the specified timeframe. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. By opening the individual packages in which the ordered products were delivered, you accept these terms of use and confirm that the products correspond to those ordered and your requirements.

SC HYPERICUM IMPEX SRL undertakes to reimburse the customer for sums received for returned products within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of termination of the contract by you.

Any dispute arising between SC HYPERICUM IMPEX SRL and its clients will first be resolved amicably by agreement between the two parties. If this is not possible, the applicable Romanian legal provisions will apply, and the resolution of disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

If any of the above clauses are deemed null and void, for whatever reason, that clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses.

By purchasing and placing the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, which have the same value as a validly concluded contract.
